How will tickets be allocated? The final sales phase is from 15 April to 11 July 2010 and ticket applications will be processed immediately on a first-come-first served basis.
How do I buy my tickets?
You can apply at a ticketing centre – the Tshwane centre is at Brooklyn Mall on the mezzanine level just next to Ster Kinekor. If there are tickets available you will pay for and receive them straight away.
You must first register in the FIFA.com Club on http://www.fifa.com/ (registration is free). Follow the ticket application instructions, select the matches you want to see and pay using a payment card.
At First National Bank (FNB) · In the final stage of ticket sales there is no application form. · Ask the teller for the tickets you require and they will tell you if there are any available. · You will have to pay for your tickets immediately. · You will receive a card from the teller which you must present at a ticketing centre to collect your tickets.
At Shoprite Checkers Stores In Tshwane you can apply at Checkers Hyper, Menlyn Park shopping entre. If there are tickets available you will pay for and receive them straight away.
I have tickets, how will I get them?
Can I use a relative's or friend's payment card to pay for my Tickets? No. The person who applied for the Tickets must be the payment card holder and must be the person to collect the Tickets.
Is there a reduced ticket price for my child? No. All Ticket prices apply to both adults and children.
My guest is unable to attend, can I take someone else? Yes, however you must apply to FIFA to change the name of your guest and give the reason for the change. The new guest must be a family member or friend.
I am unable to attend the match, can I get my money back? You can submit your Tickets to FIFA for re-sale providing that they have not yet been printed. FIFA cannot guarantee that your tickets will be sold but if they are sold you will receive the cost of the tickets minus an administration fee. You do not have to give a reason for re-selling your tickets.
If the tickets are not sold, and you do not wish to print them, you can donate them to the FIFA Ticket Fund which will distribute tickets to worthy social and development initiatives.
