VAPPs are beign issued to vehicles which need to access the restricted area around Loftus Versfeld on match days. Applications are open. 

The dates for the road closures around Loftus Versfeld Stadium have changed from the original plans communicated to stakeholders and in the media in March and April 2010.  The following information outlines how these changes will affect communities as well as the process to follow to obtain a Vehicle Access and Parking Permit (VAPP) for match days. 

The first phase of closures, called soft lockdown, during which the roads immediately around Loftus will be closed to through traffic will now be implemented on he evening of Sunday 23 May 2010.  No VAPPs will be needed for this phase.  The broader road closures, or full lockdown takes place on match days only, including any matches that may beheld before the tournament begins.
